The RTC1500 is designed for testing of hoses on pallets and other large objects

The large pneumatic operated cover ensures easy and quick loading and unloading of the test objects. The RTC series are used in combination with the Resato HPU high pressure unit series. The unit has an ergonomic and spacious stainless steel test compartment with cover. The cover is includes an impact resistant window.

Functioning

The large pneumatic operated cover is easily opened by means of a push button. A pallet with the hose is positioned in the test compartment and connected to a hydraulic pressure outlet and return connection. The hose can remotely be de-aired by also connecting the return connection. After positioning, the pressure test cycles can be started. This by means of a Resato HPU series manual operated test unit or fully computer controlled HPU-CC series.

• Automatic mechanical cover lock
• Pressure build up is only possible with cover closed
• The cover of the test unit is provided with a impact resistant polycarbonate window
