IK’s Double Seal Compression Plugs features the proven principle of solid polyurethane seals

Larger diameter plugs have the Twin Seal or Twin Tyre design seals. The seals are manufactured from either high performance polyurethane elastomer or silicon. The body is manufactured from high-grade carbon steel.

General Function & Application

• Easy to install and remove.
• Size range 1” thru 4”
• Recommended for medium pressure hydrostatic test applications up to 10 bar (size dependent)
• Verification or purge port between the seals.
• Non-standard sizes and pressures available.
• Available for horizontal or vertical applications
• All plugs have a by-pass port through the plug
